- Position yourself on your hands and knees
- Keeping your knee in a bent position
- Lift your knee away from the midline of the body and circle your leg
- Complete desired reps then repeat on the opposite side

Hip Openers

- Position yourself on your hands and knees
- Keeping your knee in a bent position
- Lift your knee away from the midline of the body
- Extend your leg out to the side then bend it back in
- Slowly return to the starting position
- Complete desired reps then repeat on the opposite side

Fire Hydrant Complex

- Position yourself on your hands and knees
- Keeping your knee in a bent position
- Lift your knee away from the midline of the body
- Extending and retracting your leg to the side at the top of the motion 
- Slowly return to the starting position
- Complete desired reps then repeat on the opposite side

Fire Hydrant Complex Pulses

- Keep one leg extended above you
- Push through your heel raising your hips
- Engage your glutes as you raise
- Pause at the top and lower slowly
