I wasn’t sure of how to do a goblet squat. That was on a list of exercises at the very end. A picture or video would have been helpful for me. I didn’t stop moving though! I just did what I thought was a goblet squat. Can’t wait to see if I was right! This was a really good workout! I’m dripping with sweat.
