Use this circuit to stretch and strengthen your upper body to correct poor posture. We must stretch our chest muscles and lengthen those out again while also strengthening our back muscles.

Lying parallel on a foam roller stretch your arms straight out from your body. Take deep breaths as your chest muscles begin to relax and open up.
