Marinated Steak Bowl! 🔥 

1.5 - 2.5 pounds flank steak 

Marinade:
2 sliced jalapeño
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 
2 tbs cumin
1 tbs smoked paprika 
1 tsp oregano 
4 cloves minced garlic 
Zest of 1-2 limes
3 tbs lime juice 
Big pinch of salt and pepper

Ideally let marinate for about 1 hour, 2 hours max.

Air fry at 390° or if you have a max crisp setting use that. 
For about 8-10 minutes.

Roasted corn:
450° in the oven for about 12 min
Salt, pepper and chili powder 

Pico:
1 medium tomato 
Half of an onion 
Handful of cilantro 
1 diced jalapeño 
Salt and lime juice to taste 

Cilantro lime rice:
Remember to rinse your rice!
After cooking add a handful of cilantro, 1-2 tbs lime juice and a hefty pinch of salt!

Absolutely love this bowl!
