Ok now I’m gonna die waiting for your feedback from Sunday 😂🥹 I can see with what’s been requested that most of your subs aren’t PhysiPole students, Kenz and Steph would kill me if I tried to get my pelvis straight onto the spin pole again….. I maybe did a straddle injury 6 weeks ago trying to improve my spin mount 😂🤣 so the next class Kenz taught us all to be more careful to grab with the thighs further down and roll into the full grip

I could use some basic tips on aerial inverts, please. Also, how would you suggest switching the legs? I invert on the left side of the pole, but I climb with my left foot in the front.

I’m struggling so much with my inverts. I “deadlift” too much and def fatigue quickly. I also do mostly spin pole so trying to get into the right position is tough (not going to fast for example). If you have other tips or suggestions that would be awesome. Especially if this can be used for spin as well.

I now see why Kenz is so pedantic about how we hold our shoulders, it does make the whole movement look prettier, but ouch I need some practice 😅
