Pole, Handstand + Flexibility Coach

Hey! My name's Kiana and I'm here to help you connect to your body, self, & femininity through the practice of pole dance, while teaching you other skills and modalities that aid in this process such as handstand-specific training, flexibility coaching, and yoga. Using movement as a healing modality is something I really believe in. Getting in touch with your body is a gateway towards establishing a deeper connection with yourself. And so, I hope that I'll be able to help you do that here. Prior to pole, I started out as a gymnastics coach for 10+ years after having competed nationally for 6+ years. Shortly after, I began my yoga journey where I started teaching specifically to handstands and mobility/flexibility work. I've been teaching yoga, handstands & flexibility since 2015. After doing this for many years, I started practicing, performing, and teaching pole dance in 2021 and have fell in love ever since! Now, I focus primarily on teaching pole dance with my teachings fusing together everything that I’ve learned along the way in my movement and teaching journey, including elements from my gymnastics, handstand, flexibility, and yoga teachings. I appreciate you so much for being here and can't wait to guide you on your journey! 💜🙏🏼
My mission is to help you connect to your body, self, & femininity through the practice of pole dance. Femininity is something that’s often suppressed in both men and women to the extent that so many people don’t even realize their disconnect to their own femininity. Pole dance reminded me of my own, giving me a newfound purpose to help others remember their own sacred divine femininity and the power that resides in re-establishing that connection.
Training Requirements
My classes can be done at home with the following equipment: For pole classes, make sure you have your own pole, chalk / grip, kneepads, and heels. For yoga, flexibility, and handstand classes: yoga blocks, yoga mat, yoga strap, and wall space.

I'm a beginner, is your app for me?
Yes! My classes, workouts, and programs are for any level of fitness with categories for beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Plus, I'll walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos, clear progressions, and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
What equipment do I need to get started?
For pole dance classes, you'll need access to your own pole, liquid chalk / grip, kneepads, and heels. For handstand, yoga, and flexibility classes, you'll need 2 yoga blocks, a strap, yoga mat, wall space. Additionally, you may need other forms of equipment depending on the workout.
Is there a desktop version of your app?
No, but you can easily cast your phone screen on to your computer or TV screen with chrome cast, apple tv, roku, or fire tv!
How much does the app cost?
