Welcome to my Introduction To Handstand program! This program is designed for those who are new to their handstand journey, who are learning how to balance their handstand, and who feel stuck in their progress. You’ll explore foundational drills, exercises, and shapes to get your handstand journey started on the right foot, including in-depth explanations and tutorials around alignment and step-by-step methods on how you can progress your handstand practice.
This program is laid out in progressive sections for you to move through on your own time with the intention of working through the sections in order and mastering one section before moving on to the next. This program will begin with the foundations of balance with wall-based handstands, followed by drills for L handstand, single stag handstand, double stag handstand, and straight line handstand.
It’s recommended that you dedicate 3-5x/week to this program and your handstand practice to get the best results.
