You'll get your own calendar to schedule in classes too, which will help you stay on track, and you'll also get access to a wide variety of other fitness instructors to compliment your practice with me. I'm a beginner, is your app for me? Yes! My classes, workouts, and programs are for any level of fitness with categories for beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Plus, I'll walk you through all movements with easy-to-follow videos, clear progressions, and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
What equipment do I need to get started? For pole dance classes, you'll need access to your own pole, liquid chalk / grip, kneepads, and heels. For handstand, yoga, and flexibility classes, you'll need 2 yoga blocks, a strap, yoga mat, wall space. Additionally, you may need other forms of equipment depending on the workout.
Is there a desktop version of your app? No, but you can easily cast your phone screen on to your computer or TV screen with chrome cast, apple tv, roku, or fire tv!
