Hey I am Kendall Nicholson, certified personal trainer and fitness coach. My primary goal is to inspire and teach others how to live the healthiest, happiest, and fittest life possible through daily workouts and tutorials.

Goals

My playbook will serve purpose as the blueprint to teach you the odds and ins to a lean athletic physique combining weighted calisthenics and other strength training exercises to lower body fat % as well as increase strength so you can not only feel good but be confident of the body you’ve built.

Training Requirements

I will cover a wide range of where you can train at the gym, outdoors, or at home. If you prefer to train outside of the gym you will need dumbbells, kettlebells, and/or resistance bands. Your own bodyweight is also great.
