It took me a (very) long time to get back to my practice after my third baby, and this was my first class. It was the perfect pace, the perfect amount of time (because let’s be honest, I have very little of that), and the cueing was spot on. I feel amazing afterward and I’m so glad this series exists. Thank you to an old friend (and the first person I ever did yoga with back when we were 17?)!

This series is so fun! I usually prefer longer flows but these are so creative it’s been encouraging me to practice even when I “don’t have time” love love
