I grew up playing hockey and transitioned into health and fitness. I’ve worked as a physical therapist assistant, athletic trainer, personal trainer and online coach. Always push yourself. While performing exercises you should be 70%-90% of target heart rate and 50%-60% while resting.
How to schedule the program into a week?
Schedule non-consecutive days. I recommend MWF or TuThSat
What do I need to participate in this program?
