Overall good, did my leg day yesterday before starting this app, so weight was probably a tad low, plus I’ve never done most of these so I didn’t want to hurt anything.

The lunge squat sucks.

*Smith Machine Hip Thrust

Last set rest pause: after completing the last set of 8 reps, rack the weight and take a 10 second break, then jump back in with the same weight and do as many reps as possible.

*Leg Press (feet high and wide)

Set up in a wide enough stride so when you’re at the bottom portion of the rep AND top portion of the rep your heel is always in front of your knee.

*Dumbbell Split Squat (long stride)

Wonderful session! Only complaint and constant complaint when doing arms is the rack runs, they’re so hard to accomplish in a gym where all dumbbells are scattered throughout the gym
