Goals

My playbook will help you build strength, put on lean muscle, increase mobility and flexibility, learn what to put in your body and develop the mental aspect of fitness to be fit all year round.

Training Requirements

I will cover a wide range of workouts where you can train at the gym, outdoors or from home. If you are training outside of the gym you will need dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands. There will also be bodyweight, flexibility and nutrition sessions.
