Place a slam ball and a med ball (for wall balls) 20 ft apart. You will complete 10 Ball Slams MAX EFFORT, Bear Crawl to the med ball, complete 10 Wall Balls and Bear crawls back to the slam ball. Repeat for 10 rounds
