Former high school football standout and student athlete for The Tennessee Technological University. I started exercising at the age of 14 with my older brother in the back of our apartment patio. First exercise was bench press. I fell in love with it and saw the results within a few weeks. I noticed after my introduction to strength training, I had a little advantage over my peers. So, I became obsessed with working out. Even to the point where I would catch a bus or walk to the school to get my session in. This is where I found the drive, grit, and passion for fitness. As the years passed, I became stronger, faster, and gained the ability to be allusive. In college, that mindset didn’t change, but instead, I adapted to the size of my competitors. Meaning that, I’m small- framed but compacted with power. Furthermore, fitness has been apart of my life for over 16 years. Through trial and error, I’ve perfected my training regimen and developed the ability to adapt this program to meet the needs of all people and their specified goals.
