This app is for anyone from someone who is just starting to learn about nutrition and working out to a seasoned veteran in the space.
This will be a two-fold app for you! I’ll provide you with tons of food/nutritional information as well as CrossFit-centric workouts, collections, and programs to follow.
CrossFit can be intimidating when starting out, so my goal is to break it down step by step for you so that you can learn why it’s great for the body and how to do it properly. Many people think that it’s unsafe to do CrossFit, but that’s only if you perform it incorrectly.
As for nutrition, I make it extremely simple for you to figure out a baseline of macros that you should be eating, what macros even are, and how to navigate food with ease.
