Hey Guys! What’s up?! I’m Hailey, and I’m a CrossFit Coach and Nutritionist for PLT Nutrition! I am so happy that you’re here! If you’ve landed on this page, you must truly care about your health and well-being! Welcome! This program can be for anyone who is just starting to learn about nutrition and working out, or you can be a seasoned veteran in the space. This will be a two-fold app for you! I’ll provide you with tons of food/nutritional information as well as CrossFit-centric workouts to follow. CrossFit can be intimidating when starting out, so my goal is to break it down step by step for you so that you can learn why it’s great for the body and how to do it properly. Many people think that it’s unsafe to do CrossFit, but that’s only if you perform it incorrectly. As for nutrition, I make it extremely simple for you to figure out a baseline of macros that you should be eating, what macros even are, and how to navigate food with ease. Thanks for following along! I can’t wait to see what you accomplish!
Goals
My goal in you being here is two-fold! 1. I want to provide you with the resources to easily and effectively up your nutrition knowledge, help you understand macro and micronutrients, and improve your blood/lab results through healthy habits and primarily whole foods while also incorporating the foods you love! 2. You’ll learn Olympic lifts, dumbbell exercises, metabolic conditioning, endurance, zone 2 cardio, strength training, and more while following my workout films!
Training Requirements
For the nutrition portion of this app, all you’ll need is food and your usual kitchen supplies! Some of the workouts on the app will need to be performed in a gym setting with barbells, assault bikes, rowers, ski ergs, and pull-up rigs, etc, while others can be performed at home with just your body weight. You’ll be able to choose which workouts you’d like to perform based on what equipment you have available!

FAQs
Do I need a gym membership?
A gym membership is not required to use my app, but some of the exercises may use standard gym equipment. Some even use gym equipment that is exclusive to CrossFit gyms such as ropes to climb. You'll have access to thousands of workouts that can be performed from the comfort of your home, not just my own, but workouts from many other creators as well! If you do wish to use the app at the gym, you can do that too — there are thousands of workouts that were built for a standard gym.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
I am a beginner, will this app work for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I can help you succeed. The best part is that I will be there the whole time! You can message me on the app whenever you have any questions at all! Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness.
Is there a set order that I should be doing the workouts in?
No! That's the best part! You can use this app as your main source of training, or you can add it to what you already do to get some metabolic conditioning in!
How much does the app cost?
You can join our community for just $1 for the first month. After that, you'll pay $14.99/month or $99.99/year. That breaks down to just $0.49 a day or $0.27 a day — less than your morning cup of coffee!
