Not a bad finish to the week. The row was the hardest lift for me. Amrap was not as bad as I thought it would be. You can probably work quicker than you think.

I modified it to do jump squats instead of medicine ball, and toe to bars/leg tucks instead of the leg raises.

Killer AMRAP at the end. All the pullup bars where being used at the end so subbed hanging for laying leg raises and doubled the reps
