Either it was hot as hell in the gym or I was just going that hard. I haven’t sweat this much in a while! I was a bit confused as to the organization of the workout. I was confused by the run. I did the first warm up and then it said compete 3 rounds. I assumed it meant 3 rounds of the run and KB circuit so that’s what I did. Half a mile run, kettle bell cuircuit, and another run 3 times.

Really good for day 1, I had to use a 15lb because I go from 15 to 40 and the DB just felt off. I can tell it will help my OT score
