Really enjoyed this one! Currently 33 weeks pregnant & have had to dial back the intensity. This still got the heart rate up and felt easy to maintain. Can easily make a lil more advance by cranking up intensity. Will be repeating!

In my first trimester with my third baby, trying to stay fit this time around! Couldn’t finish this ride today but proud that I got 35 minutes in before stopping. Just a reminder that the hardest part some days is getting on the bike! ♥️
