The lean bulk is one of the best changes I've made to my bodybuilding approach. Which ties in greatly if you’re aiming to become the best version of yourself. Considering building muscle is generally a long process, it would only be fair to say that your weight gain should be in accordance to this. Understand: more weight gain doesn't correlate to more muscle gain. You simply can't speed up your genetic capabilities to put on muscle mass by eating more. Another reason why lean bulking is so prevalent is due to the fact that losing fat can be an arduous process. While getting shredded is all well and dandy, being in a harsh deficit for a long time is definitely no ones idea of fun time. This program is designed to ensure long term progress. There will be 3 phases (this is phase 1) that will target all the main areas to allow you to build a ton of strength, power and muscularity

My name is Fraser Wilson and my transformation all came down to self belief. I first started training when I was about to turn 17, weighing in at a measly 119lbs. Over the years I’ve been able to radically change my physique and improve my mentality by implementing certain principles. When I was first starting out, the gym was a perfect outlet for the stresses and insecurities I had accumulated over my teen years. I found solitude within it. Regardless of what may have been happening, that 1-2 hours in the gym was like a meditation - I’d always come out feeling refreshed and renewed. Despite the physical changes, there’s a more important change that I can not stress enough. And that’s a shift in mentality. The moment you begin to believe in yourself is the moment you begin to receive real results. Once you accept that you are in fact the captain of your ship, you can then begin to master your destiny.
