This was so good❤️ In the sumo squats I had to go up in weights because was too light 🤣 Love challenging myself everytime. Mahalo sis💯

This was a nice sweat session for me. Definitely focused on doing the workouts right and following instructions so I don't get hurt. I am sweating 🔥 Great workout and demos really helped. Especially having the timer available too. Solid workout. Mahalo sis🙏
