Showing women how to earn their strength through discipline and dedication helps them achieve a level of happiness no one can take from you. I’m a mama of 4 from Hawaii who enjoys my active lifestyle to the fullest. I’ve competed on soccer, and Strongman locally. I’m an avid no gi jiujitsu practitioner as well as soul surfer. I specialize in Pre and Postnatal strength and wellness and help mamas be healthy throughout their pregnancies and beyond. I have my own gym in Puna Hawaii where I train women from all walks of life. Training Requirements
Functional Improvement Training can be done at home, a park, or in the gym depending on the workout. Most of my training have a modified version and can be built up in steps.
