Awesome upper body. I was completely soaked. Love these short workouts because I work until 3:30 and have to be to my other job at 6! It's perfect.

Wow. Not an easy one but I got all 7 rounds. Modified the laterals. Don't care for that on the knees.

🤮🤮🤮🤮 wow. My arms are junk. Not sure my body can take this every day stuff 😩😩😩. Like this workout. Not a lot of up and down from floor to standing. That alone wears me out. Hoping after surgery I feel like a whole new person.
