Hey guys what up, It's Demi! This is where I get to share a bit more about lil oleโ€™ me. I was born and raised in San Diego. I am a proud young entrepreneur with a crazy love for getting out of my comfort zone and convincing others to do the same. Starting at a young age sports have been an important part of my life and over the years my passion has grown from not only sports but to overall health and fitness. Through determination and motivation for an active and healthy lifestyle my continual growth and dedication has helped me to strengthen my endurance, vitality and optimism for life. Frequently asked questions

Should I take rest days?
The answer is no. You will see that the program starts off with 3 days a week of weight training, But that does not mean you are resting on the other days On the days off from weight training I want you to do some active recovery. Go for a walk, stretch , or take a bike ride. Get some sort of physical activity in each day to build up your capacity for the 12 week program to come.
