Hey guys what up, It's Demi! This is where I get to share a bit more about lil ole’ me. I was born and raised in San Diego. I am a proud young entrepreneur with a crazy love for getting out of my comfort zone and convincing others to do the same. Starting at a young age sports have been an important part of my life and over the years my passion has grown from not only sports but to overall health and fitness. Through determination and motivation for an active and healthy lifestyle my continual growth and dedication has helped me to strengthen my endurance, vitality and optimism for life. Ever since I have focused on pushing myself and sharing my journey and adventures with you. Thank you for sticking around for my TED talk, the end... JUST KIDDING! Did you think you could get rid of me that easily?! Nahhh! Fitness has changed my life and I want to inspire you to do the same. I will train with you to show you how you can achieve your goals, improve your skills, and increase your energy. What are the goals of the program?
Gain strength and get toned!
How to schedule the program into a week?
There will be 5 workouts a week with 2 rest days! Take your rest days whenever you’d like and make sure to stretch, especially on your days off!!
What do I need to participate in this program?
You will need a full gym with all equipment!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
These are more moderate to advanced. I have a beginners gym program, which would be a great place to start if you’re new to the gym!
