Legs get to work, Team! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ’ช Happy Week 2! Today, youโ€™ve got a 24 minute leg EMOM. Set a 24 minute timer & switch exercises every minute on the minute. Do as many reps as possible for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Move to the next exercise & repeat for 6 total rounds. If 40 seconds feels too long, work for 30 seconds & rest for 30. I'm a sweaty mess!!! In the best way possible!! I was so lazy to start that I said I'm not even switching into gym clothes... I just put sneakers on and started.. and I'm so gross now!! Thank you so much Claire + team!
