This workouts was absolutely killer. Proof you don’t need fancy moves or a lot of equipment to get an effective workout in. Do 10-12 reps per exercise going through them all as a circuit. Perform 3 Rounds. 1.)Sumo squat + front raise 2.)Deadlift + shoulder extension 3.)Reverse lunge + row 4.)Squat + single arm overhead press 5.)Dumbbell pull over + bridge

I realized for the first time that I didn’t recover fully from a full body workout yesterday- in my legs - so I had to pull in a couple upper body moves instead to replace a couple lower body moves! I think I need to start alternating !? Feeling stronger tho

Love this!! Always thought I needed to workout an hour or more to get a good workout in, but this only took 30 mins and I still feel I got a good workout in!! So nice when you have a busy week! Thank you 😊
