Good workout. Start of my lean cut. Did 10 mins of HITT running. 5 mins of intense jump roping. Now 5 mins of abs. Going to now hit back and bicep to finish

Great abs workout. Made it double by doing 10 mins and kept the same rest period of 20 secs in between. Feeling good!

Can't believe the progress in my core in just a month. I can even feel the difference in my balance. Simple easy moves(beginner friendly) that take little time...perfect to warm up before a flow!
