Amazing abs day. Extended the workout to 10 mins. Doubled each workout up. Didn’t do plank jacks but hit another core exercise windshield wipers.

2nd time on the 30 day plan and hit 10 mins with 20 sec rest on each besides the mountain climbers and plank jacks which were either 30 secs 1st round and 1 min rest 2nd round

Amazing did 2x sets of each for a total of 10 mins. Really hit the abs today.
