My name is Chad Lopez and I am Fit. Playing competitive ice hockey the last 22 years I have learned to love fitness and how the human body works. While playing college hockey I earned my bachelors in exercise science that has allowed me to dive even deeper into the health and wellness world beyond just sports medicine. Frequently asked questions

Do I have to use a gym for the workouts?
No, all body weight HIIT exercises can be done at home, in a office, or anywhere else with enough space to complete movements using full range of motion.
Do I need any gym equipment?
No, every exercise involves primarily just your body. There are a few workouts that use a jump rope, if you can’t use one jumping in place will be supplemented.
How long are the workouts?
Workouts range from 5-45 minutes typically. Any circuits or workouts you want to do additional sets or reps in is up to you
