    My name is Chad Lopez and I am Fit. Playing competitive ice hockey the last 22 years I have learned to love fitness and how the human body works. While playing college hockey I earned my bachelors in exercise science that has allowed me to dive even deeper into the health and wellness world beyond just sports medicine. Now as a professional athlete and certified personal trainer my goal is to help other athletes and likeminded people who want to make their health the #1 priority.
