Get started today!

This program is for swimmers who have already gone through the "My First 1000m" program or are just getting back into the pool after some time off. Progressing through these workouts is going to familiarize your body with how I write my swim workouts. Once you are done here, you will be able to join in with the Daily Swims. Remember to take a rest day between each swim (weekends off too! Just go do your favourite active "non swimming" activity, like a hike, or gym, mall walk, whatever!). Happy swimming!!!

Hi, Brent Hayden here. For the past decade, I've helped thousands of swimmers experience Olympic-level training without the need for expensive coaches or rigid schedules. But it wasn't always like that… For years, I struggled with swimming. I failed swimming lessons twice as a kid. It seemed like I'd never be good enough. It resulted in self-doubt and frustration & I almost gave up on swimming altogether. Then I discovered the power of perseverance and proper technique. I worked tirelessly to improve, learning from every setback. Now I'm a 4x Olympian, World Champion, and world record holder. I've stood on the Olympic podium and achieved things I once thought impossible. My journey from pool struggler to Olympic medalist taught me that success isn't given - it's earned.
