Description: Air Fryer Breakfast Oatmeal Cookie/Pancake

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats 
- 1 very ripe banana mashed 
- 1 TBSP almond butter (or any nut butter)
- 2-3 TBSP of almond milk 
- 1.5 tsp of baking soda 
- splash of melted coconut oil 
- splash of maple syrup 
- 1 TBSP of nonfat greek yogurt (for topping) 
- optional dark chocolate chips 

Cookie:
- mix all ingredients together and then mix in chocolate chips 
- separate into 2 big or 4 small cookies
- air fry at 350 for 5-7 minutes 


Topping: 
- mix 1 TBSP of yogurt with a tiny splash of maple syrup, mix until liquid. can add more syrup if too thick. 
- pour on top of cookies
