          Fitness and Nutrition Coach

          AHHHH HI EVERYONE!! I’m so happy you are here! My name is Blair, and I am here to help you reach your goals, feel confident in your body, and learn more about fitness and nutrition! A little about me - I have been into health and wellness for basically my whole life. What started as being heavily involved in sports (soccer, gymnastics, basketball, flag football, etc.) turned into a love for working out and fitness. I am currently an online one-on-one fitness and nutrition coach as well as a group fitness instructor! After going through hell and back in my own journey, I decided I wanted to help others and lead them down the right direction so they don’t have to go through what I went through. With all the noise out there in the fitness industry, I am really hoping to bring some clarity and knowledge into my programs and help others be happy and confident in their skin!           I'm a beginner, is Playbook for me?
          Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. I will walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
          Do I need to purchase equipment?
          It depends on the workout! I will have a section for no equipment workouts and home workouts!
