Wow loved this. Lots of interesting body lessons, like I am definitely better with one leg than the other (balancing & hopping both). The hopping practice felt scary but I just did teeny tiny hops and after a few felt myself getting a little bit higher up. Excited to see how the rest of the course goes!

Great program already seeing little improvements - very encouraging - doesn’t feel stressful if I don’t get something perfectly.

Another great class manage to hop up alittle but a million miles away from handstand 😩but I shall keep going and see what happens ☺️

I truly wish I had started my handstand journey with this guide instead of throwing my legs to a wall hoping to catch some airtime while joining a random yoga class! Love the drills and I already feel like I’m doing handstands on the floor!
