I’ve had to take a step back on my training from hurting my QL muscle from going a little too hard (tried doing 2 of Aubrie’s programs at once 🥵). Thankfully, Aubrie has these programs to allow you to keep going no matter where you are in your journey. I’m starting to feel stronger and back to myself everyday! Thank you, Aubrie! 💪🏻
