Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? For ANY level!! From beginner to advanced. Modify the weights according to your current level.
How to schedule the program into a week? You can do the workouts any day of the week. You don't have to do them in the same order I do them. Just do all the workouts as instructed during the week and remember to take the rest day every week. Make sure you are stretching afterwards and fueling your body with nutrients and water so you are ready to tackle the next day!
What do I need to participate in this program? A basic gym membership, dedication and focus!
