This week's workout will touch on ball handling and scoring from inside of the 3 point line. When you do 300 Killer, make sure to record tour time and challenge yourself to get a quicker time to finish your workout.

Great … did this workout today, then got the chance to practice in a few pick up games afterwards.. my touch around the rim was on point as well as my floaters/jumpers .. can’t wait to see where this plan takes me (:
