This was a great yoga workout. I have a lot of tension in my shoulders from stress and this workout helped a lot. I've never seen a yoga workout that focused on the shoulders and neck. Thank you for developing a yoga series based on 20 mins which is the length of workout I prefer now. I'm looking forward to doing the rest of your workouts!!
