So good! I’m suffering from a hypertonic pelvic floor and issues from that, and this felt soo good. Plus my obliques are sore so that sequence was great!!

Thank you for this great practice for pelvic floor! I practiced a few times. It is so helpful. Would love to see and try more of pelvic floor exercises!
