DAY 7: MOVEMENT

Today's challenge is to move your body in a way you enjoy and one that fits into your lifestyle. Get in at least 30 minutes to 1 hour of movement today. Movement should be a fun way to connect to yourself, boost your energy, and clear your mind. I try to move every day. I will lift weights 4-5x a week, walk 3x a week, and stretch.
