Today’s challenge is to journal for at least 15- 30 minutes. Journaling has been the biggest thing that has helped me change my mind & body. It's how I can deal with & process emotions. It helps me gain self-awareness and have a clear vision of my wants and needs. I love writing down moments I want to remember, what I am grateful for, random thoughts & affirmations. I try to journal every morning for 20-30 minutes. You can do it whenever you have time in your day. ( morning, night, or mid-day). You can mind dump whatever you want, write whatever comes to your mind, let your emotions pour out. 2021 Reflections: - What are you most proud of yourself for in 2021 ? - Moments to remember in 2021 ? - Changes I made in 2021? - What made me happy in 2021? 2022 Vision: - What is your intention for 2022 ? - What are you looking forward to 2022? - My 2022 word is?
