Frequently Asked Questions

What are the goals of the collection?
To build skill and strength in a progressive manner!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
All skills are welcome! But if you’re uncertain, there is a Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced note available in the description of each workout.
What do I need to participate in these workouts?
There are no-equipment workouts available but I also recommend having a set of light, medium, and heavy dumbbells along with a light/medium to medium/heavy kettlebell.
How do I schedule these workouts into a week?
I suggest strength training 3x a week. With a mix of upper body and lower body throughout the week and then a total body option towards the end. My ideal suggestion: One upper body One lower body One total body Add on core workouts or finishers to shorter length upper / lower body options!
What are the goals of the program?
To get stronger!!! Physically and mentally.
How to get the best outcome of strength training?
Repeat workouts! Come back to a workout you did the following week and see if you can increase your weight selection even just by 5lbs. Repetition makes you awesome (and strong!)
