To be honest, I never had a real connection to athletics or movement growing up. I loved art, theater, and music but exercise was foreign to me. Towards the end of my college experience in NYC, I became friends with a bunch of boutique fitness instructors and started to understand the power of sweat. It was then that I decided to sign up for a bodybuilding competition and my true journey began. I started to train private clients and teach group fitness classes while creating a relationship with NIKE, and soon became their youngest Master Trainer ever at 23. In 2016, I spent a month in Thailand for my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. I came back with a passion to share yoga and connect this practice with strength. Thus, Flow Into Strong was born. My two ultimate passions and the way I train together in one class… yoga + strength. I aim to inspire you to connect to your body, release negativity from your mind, find the confidence to lift HEAVY, take up space in this world, and always step into feeling as your source of healing.

Goals

Together we will get stronger both physically and mentally. We’ll lift heavy, build confidence, find balance, and tune into our presence.

Training Requirements

For my yoga flows: you’ll need a mat and a set of yoga blocks. For strength: a set of light, medium, and heavy dumbbells. I also provide workouts with kettlebells! For those you’ll need one light/medium bell and a medium/heavy bell. Some of my workouts are also Bodyweight so no equipment is great too!
