To be honest, I never had a real connection to athletics or movement growing up. I loved art, theater, and music but exercise was foreign to me. Towards the end of my college experience in NYC, I became friends with a bunch of boutique fitness instructors and started to understand the power of sweat. It was then that I decided to sign up for a bodybuilding competition and my true journey began.
I started to train private clients and teach group fitness classes while creating a relationship with NIKE, and soon became their youngest Master Trainer ever at 23.
In 2016, I spent a month in Thailand for my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. I came back with a passion to share yoga and connect this practice with strength.
Thus, Flow Into Strong was born. My two ultimate passions and the way I train together in one class… yoga + strength.
