drop set day. every exercise finish with a drop set of 50% reps. for example: you curl the 30lbs for 8 on your last working set. then immediately grab the 15lbs and go to complete failure, unable to curl more. if you’re high enough in weight do it twice. 30lbs to 15lbs to 7.5lbs.
