SPLIT UPDATE (rest day) (11/28/25)

we will be trying out a harder push, pull, legs split, followed by a rest day. this will allow for 2x the rest as opposed to just one day at the end of the week. I like the idea of hitting everything hard for 3 full days followed with a break.
