do both exercises before you rest. 3 sets

- Set the bar in the rack so the bar is level with the upper chest
- Grasp the bar around shoulder-width, the barbell sitting in the meat of your hands, or palms
- Un-rack the bar, keeping your wrists stacked over your elbows, which are tucked in
- Take a step or two back and position your feet roughly shoulder-width apart
- Press the barbell up by tilting your head back and pushing the bar upward and slightly back
- Once the bar passes your head, continue extending the elbows while pushing your head "back through" to a neutral position
- Pause at peak contraction before reversing the movement, lowering the bar back down to starting position with control

Standing Barbell Shoulder Press

- Stand with the feet shoulder-width apart and grasp the barbell with an overhand grip
- Let the bar hang down at arms length in front of you
- Keeping a slight bend in the elbows, raise the bar forward and up until even with the shoulders
- Pause at peak contraction before lowering the bar back down to starting position with control

BB Front Raise

find a heavy weight you can barely complete 6 hard reps with. squeeze hard each time

Cable Curl

- Set the dual adjustable pulleys to the appropriate height and adjust the weight
- The pulleys should be above your head
- Facing into the machine, grab the left pulley with your right hand and the right pulley with your left hand, crossing both arms in front of you
- Keeping your core braced, your head and chest up, extend through the elbows to press the handles down across your body and out to your sides
- Pause at full contraction of your triceps before returning the handles to the starting position with control by bending your elbows

Cross Cable Tri Extension

- Stand tall, grasping the dumbbells with palms facing the center of your body
- Keeping your elbows close to your body
- Curl one dumbbell toward your shoulder,  
- Pause at full contraction, then lower the dumbbell back down to starting position with control
- Repeat on the opposite side
- Alternating back and forth for time or reps

(R+L= 1 rep)

Had to skip a couple days last week due to gym being closed to get new equipment. Great workout starting to get some solid form and work up on the weight. As mentioned got some new equipment so I shouldn’t have to do any alternate workouts anymore.
