All you need are two dumbbells each!

Let’s get as many rounds as we can in 45 min!

Both partners complete same time. One rep consists of a bent over row and RDL.

Dumbbell Bent Over Row & RDL Combo

Partner 1: Completes deep push-ups by placing hands on the ends of the dumbbells and lowering just past them.

Partner 2: Completes burpees while holding onto the dumbbells

Modifications:
1. No Partner Modification: Complete 10 push-ups then 10 burpees back to back

Dumbbell Burpee + Deep Push-ups

Partner 1: Completes a squat pressing the dumbbells at the top of the movement.

Partner 2: Completes a bent over row movement with the legs in a wider position than the dumbbells.

Modifications:
1. No Partner Modification: Complete all 15 Squat Presses first then the Gorilla Rows back to back.

Dumbbell Squat Press + Gorilla Row

Both partners complete at the same time.

Hold the dumbbell in one hand and as you crunch up you press the dumbbell up

Dumbbell Crunch Press

Partner 1: Completes dumbbell swings 

Partner 2: Completes dumbbell cleans

Modifications:
1. No Partner Modification: Complete all Swings first then Cleans
