Can I do these and not the program? We highly encourage everyone to follow the program for sale of accountability and structure however if you only have access to this piece of equipment just work through these workouts and stay accountable to them and you will absolutely get pushed like never before.
How many workouts should I do a week We always encourage to hit a solid 5 and then 1 mobility deposit day and one recovery day. The order of the days don’t matter as much as you consistently doing them!
What do I need to participate in this program? Yourself and some will power to push past your comfort zone :)
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Everyone. Every exercise has a modification written in the description when applicable. This is for beginners to athletes.
