I love these flows!!!! The only thing I’d ask for is to have just 30 seconds longer of silence after savasana, since at least for me, as soon as you go into a thank you I’m already distracted and can’t settle back down. BUT I have been looking EVERYWHERE for flows like this and your practice is amazing g, the way you teach is fantastic, and these have been oh so helpful for me so thank you so much:)
